Limited Warranty

Duration of Warranty

This limited warranty (“Warranty”) is valid for a period of 25 years from the date of purchase.

Coverage

This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. It applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:

• Improper installation or fabrication not in accordance with our guidelines.
• Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures, excessive heat, or open flames.
• Exposure to direct sunlight either through a window or not.
• Use of harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or improper cleaning methods.
• Acts of nature or any other external causes.
• Variations in colour / pattern and shade of the material compared to any samples, displayed material or illustrations.

Installation Requirements

The product must be installed by a qualified professional in accordance with our installation guidelines. Failure to comply with these guidelines may void the warranty.

Maintenance Requirements

Regular maintenance, as outlined in our care and maintenance instructions, is required. Failure to perform recommended maintenance may impact the warranty.

Remedies

In the event of a valid warranty claim, Royal Victoria Collection will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or refund the original purchase price.

Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Royal Victoria Collection shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. The total liability of Royal Victoria Collection under this Warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Transferability

This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser at the original installation location.

Conditions for Voiding the Warranty

This Warranty is void if:

• The product is modified or altered.
• The product is used in a manner not consistent with its intended purpose.
• The product is subjected to conditions outside the recommended specifications.

Registration

Product registration is recommended for warranty claims in the future through our website.

Claim Process

Governing Law

This Warranty shall be governed by the laws of Queensland Australia, excluding its conflicts of law principles.
